Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

We accept cancellations for orders under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@zaati.pk with your order details (order number, name, and email address). Once the cancellation request is received and the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may refuse delivery when the order is delivered to you. In such cases, the return process will be initiated, and a refund will be processed once the product is returned in its original condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@zaati.pk with the subject line "Cancel Order" and include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and confirm if the cancellation is possible.
  3. If the order is canceled before shipping, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Full Refund: If your cancellation request is approved and your order is canceled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. This process may take 5-7 business days to complete.
  • Partial Refund: If the order is already shipped or you refuse the delivery, a partial refund may be issued after the product is returned and inspected.

4. Non-Cancelable Items

Certain items are non-cancelable due to their nature, such as:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods, if applicable

These items cannot be returned or canceled once the order is placed.

5. Cancellation of Subscription Orders

If you have a subscription to products or services, you may cancel your subscription by contacting us before the next billing cycle. Once the subscription is canceled, no further charges will be applied.

6. Order Cancellation by Zaati.pk

In rare cases, Zaati.pk may cancel an order due to the following reasons:

  • Insufficient stock or availability of the product
  • Payment failure or suspected fraud
  • Inaccurate or incomplete order details

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
